  • Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on their needs, availability, and goals. We will discuss what feels right for you, and this can be adjusted over time.

  • Therapy sessions range from $140 to $160, depending on the practitioner.

  • We accept e-transfer, Mastercard, and Visa. Payments will be done through the secure Jane platform and you will be sent instructions on how to complete the payment.

  • Yes! While we don’t offer direct billing at this time, many health insurance plans cover counselling and psychotherapy services. We recommend checking with your provider to learn more about your coverage options.

    After each session, you’ll receive an invoice that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • We reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on financial need. Please feel welcome to inquire about availability during your consultation.
