Join Soul Seat
Soul Seat is growing into a collective of therapists committed to relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. We believe healing happens in connection and that meaningful therapy honours both individual experiences and the broader contexts that shape our lives.
We're seeking clinicians who value collaboration, reflection, and ongoing growth. Whether you're joining as an associate therapist or completing a practicum placement, you'll be part of a practice that prioritizes integrity, community, and thoughtful care.
Our vision is to build a team of therapists who support one another while offering grounded, compassionate care to the communities we serve.

Build and maintain a small caseload
Develop your therapeutic style in a supportive environment
Engage in ongoing reflection and clinical growth
Gain experience offering accessible, lower-cost therapy
Students are expected to:
Be in the final stages of their graduate training

We take on a limited number of students at a time to ensure each placement is intentional and supported.
