Individual therapy sessions are $160 per 50-minute session.

Limited sliding scale and reduced-fee options are available for those navigating financial constraints and systemic inequities

What are your session fees?


Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. Frequency can be adjusted over time based on your goals and needs.

How often do sessions take place?


Receipts are provided for reimbursement through extended health benefits for Registered Psychotherapy. Please confirm coverage directly with your provider.

Do you accept insurance?


At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be subject to the full session fee.
