Ivan oversees clinical operations and practice management at Soul Seat Psychotherapy & Wellness, helping ensure the day-to-day functioning of the clinic is organized, intentional, and supported.

He plays a key role in building the systems and structure that allow clinicians to focus on their work, while maintaining a smooth and aligned client experience behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Ivan recharges through the gym, playing soccer, or spending time with his dog, Santo.
