Annie is a Psychology student at the University of Guelph with a minor in Marketing, with plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and build a career in mental health care.

She is drawn to understanding people on a deeper level—what shapes them, how they connect, and what helps them feel seen, understood, and supported. This curiosity shows up both in her academic path and in the way she approaches relationships and community.

Outside of school, Annie feels most grounded outdoors. She’s usually planning her next trip, exploring new trails, or adding another destination to her goal of travelling across all of Canada’s provinces and territories. She loves the energy of road trips and discovering new places, but also values slower moments—especially unwinding at the end of the day with her dog, Juno, and a cup of tea.

Annie joins Soul Seat Psychotherapy & Wellness as the Social Media Content and Community Coordinator, where she brings together her interest in psychology, creativity, and marketing.
